Poppy has been working very hard. She is a beautiful doberman well covered up in the photo enjoying her acupuncture. Poppy and her owner have come to me to help for her partial cruciate ligament rehabilitation. Her owner is following everything to the ‘T’ with the physiotherapy program and would love to avoid surgery. She has been doing well and I hope will continue to build her buns of steal to help stabilise her knee. The underwater treadmill has been invaluable for her especially in the winter months to assess her gait and build her strength.

In such a big dog with very steep angles in her knee often surgery is warranted but so far so good. The stronger and more stable we can get her if she does have to go down the road of surgery at least her recovery should be smooth sailing.
