Thanks to Lindsey (pictured above) for presenting to us at our quarterly Animal physio group training sessions. As a subgroup of the APA (Australian Physiotherapy Association) we aim to meet at least quarterly to have some training sessions.
We were fortunate enough to have some feedback from Lindsey who recently presented at the 7th International Symposium on Veterinary Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy in Vienna in August. The main topics covered by presenters and workshops for the canine stream were with respect to the hip and back.
It was interesting to get an update on the discussions from international presenters and have the opportunity for all attendees to connect.
Thanks Sandy for organising this event for us – it is always great to get us together in this new field of Physiotherapy.
