n” I took Tuls to the beach on Saturday arvo. Haven’t done that in a long time because it’s always very hard on her legs and hips.
nThe tide was out so there wasn’t much soft sand
nShe had a great time, chased some sticks in the surf, barked the whole time and made some new friends. She was a bit stiff and sore saturday night but recovered well and was back to normal on Sunday.

nBefore beginning Physio I stayed away from the beach because she was always very stiff and sore afterwards. Looks like we may be able to return, maybe once a fortnight/month.”
